How Great is your God?

In my native language there is a song that says Otwa ka Chineke mu di Agidigba, which interprets as "this is how big my God". Agidigba is a word which means very big that cannot be compared or be explained. Before I go ahead and ask you how great or big your God is, let me tell you a little bit about my God. My God is known by so many names, some call Him Jehovah, while others call Him Yahweh. But He calls Him self the I AM.

How great is my God? Imagine a person creating all and yet not being created that is an uncreated creator, Imagine a person by just the words of His mouth the whole world was formed, or someone who uses the earth as His foot stool.
How great is my God? truthfully, I don't know because there is nothing on earth that I can use to compare His greatness, there is no one living or dead that can come close or stand at the same level with His might. All I know is that He is very great and very big.

Let's understand what a God or god truly is. So far different religion has their own type of God or gods, the Christians has theirs, the Muslims, budhist, the traditionalist. Even if you don't practice any form of religion you still have one form of a God or another.
A God according to the dictionary is the Supreme Being, the creator and ruler of the universe. Also a God is also some one or a thing that has control over the affairs of your life that is you put it first before any other thing in your life. It can be your work, Money, your wife, no matter who or what it is,for as long as it is made the Lord over the affairs of your life, it is your God. Ask yourself how great is that your God? what has He accomplish? or will  He accomplish in your life? what has he created? what does your God own? what sacrifice has He done in your life and what reward awaits you if you follow Him? How great is your God?
There is this phrase a friend of mine always uses, "if you got it flaunt it". So let me do just that and flaunt my God a little bit. My God who is Jehovah is a King whose throne knows no end, a Father whose love never seizes, a Fiend who is always there when ever I call. My God loves me to the point that He left is heavenly throne to come down to earth, and was wounded for my transgressions, He was bruised for my iniquities, and later crucified, so that I may live, He was whipped so that I would be healed. He makes every impossible possible.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.Even the Angels bow in honor of Him.
How great is your God? Is your God greater than mine?
