Eternity

Do you know that God is Eternal, he can’t die or age and man was created according to the image and likeness of God in other words man can’t die or age. Yes we grow old and we die true, but don’t be confuse, man is a spirit not flesh, the real man is not his physical form you see with your physical eyes, the real man is his spirit which is housed by a body and which have a soul.
So when I say man is eternal am not referring to the physical body you see but the spirit within. So man is an eternal being that can’t die or age. Before I go on lets understand the concepts of eternity. Eternity is not just fifty years or a thousand years, is by far more than that, imagine a boy was to empty the ocean with a cup, the time that it will take the boy to do so is a very tiny part of eternity. Or if a grain of sand represent one day, all the sand in all the sea shore around the world will represent only a small negligible part of eternity. This is just to show that eternity is an everlasting thing which has no end. In short eternity is the life-time of the never dying God. And you will be alive eternally. Weather you are good or bad, saint or sinner you will live eternally. Eternity does not terminate at the time of death.

So the first question here is where will you spend your eternity. From the bible there are two places where one can spend his or her eternity, either in heaven or in hell the choice is yours. That brings us to the second question who goes to heaven and who goes to hell? Being good alone is that the only criteria for your acceptance into heaven? In John 14:6  Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. That’s Jesus talking. No one sees God or have access to heaven except you accept the Lord Jesus as your Lord and Savior  That and only that will you go to heaven. Okay now let me give you a shocker; all sinners will go to hell. Yes all sinners, be you an armed robber, a student that cheats in an exam, a politician that steals government money or a liar that tells small or big lie. There is no small sinner, or big sinner. A sinner is a sinner and all sinners will go to hell, which is eternal damnation. Yes shocked, thank God you are. That is the truth about it, all saints will go to heaven, place of eternal bliss, and all sinners will go to hell place of eternal torture.    Either you choose the narrow way which leads to heaven or the broad way that leads to hell, don’t be deceive there’s no middle place, no sitting on the fence, no purgatory just heaven or hell. You either live with God in heaven for eternity or live with Satan in hell for eternity. These are stark realities you must face.

The choice is in your hand my people will say “you have the yam and you have the knife” the choice is really yours to make. Your pastor can’t make that choice for you nor your husband or your wife or your father or your mother. The most they can do is advice you or put you on one of the roads. While you can also choose to discard this message, or delete it. Neglect its message and warning you still have to choose one way or the other. If you choose heaven God bless you then you need to repent.  You must seek the Lord. How? What does God expect you to do? You should pray to him now, asking for the forgiveness of all your sins don’t hide or cover any of them. Accept and acknowledge that Jesus died for you and believe that he is the son of God and that His blood can wash you as white as snow then you shall be safe. In Romans 10v 9-10 if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. That and that alone will you be saved.

Once the confession is made congratulation and welcome to the house hold of Christ. Now if you don’t have one, look for a bible believing church where the word is preached and believed. Once that is done you are in for a fresh start to a wonderful experience.  

Remember Life with God in Christ is an endless hope, and Life without God in Sin is a hopeless end.
