Wise Saying

 1. Don’t judge people until you know the whole story: Someone once said, “Beware of the half-truth. You may have gotten hold of the wrong half.

2. Don’t inherit other people’s enemies: It is wrong when you automatically make your friend’s enemies your own. Also, it is not in all situations that your enemy’s friend is your enemy! It was an Egyptian (a servant to an Amalekite – David’s enemies) that God used to help David RECOVER ALL in 1 Samuel 30: 11. This man was among those who was part of the invasion! Have a sensitive and an open mind this year!

3. Don’t be used as a weapon in other people’s battles or other people’s CROSSES! Don’t carry the cross God has not given you to carry! Refuse to be used as a weapon in other people’s battles even if your relations or friends are involved. Be a peacemaker and not a catalyst of war this year!

4. Don’t FORGET SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE! You’ve heard about emotional and financial intelligence, but how about social intelligence? This is the kind of intelligence that keeps you BALANCED and NEUTRAL in the war front of life!

When people are trying to pollute your mind against someone else, until you have thoroughly confirmed the TRUTH of the claims before you, you should not judge! Magistrates and Judges are trained to have this kind of intelligence in order to avoid wrong judgments.

5. Don’t use your children as weapons of war: God can use your enemies to bless your children! Your children will need to discover their enemies for themselves; never use your position as a parent or guardian to make your children fight others.

6. Don’t spread false rumours about others this year! Rumours are carried by haters; spread by fools and accepted by idiots! AS A POLICY: Don’t talk about people behind their backs!

If the person is not there, SAY NOTHING NEGATIVE! When you have issues with people, try and discuss it with them. Someone once said, “Don’t talk about me until you have talked to me! Any of these DON’TS can become your TESTIMONY BARRIER and can SLOW YOU DOWN this year! Be WIse! Be an oasis of solutions to men!

What does the Bible say about oral sex?

Oral sex, also known as “cunnilingus” when performed on females and “fellatio” when performed on males, is not mentioned in the Bible. There are two primary questions that are asked in regards to oral sex: (1) “is oral sex a sin if done before marriage?” and (2) “is oral sex a sin if done within a marriage?” While the Bible does not specifically address either question, there are definitely biblical principles that apply.

Is oral sex a sin if done before or outside of marriage?
This question is becoming increasingly common as young people are told that “oral sex is not really sex,” and as oral sex is promoted as a safer (no risk of pregnancy, less risk of sexually transmitted diseases*) alternative to sexual intercourse. What does the Bible say? Ephesians 5:3 declares, “But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity...because these are improper for God’s holy people.” The biblical definition of “immorality” is “any form of sexual contact outside of marriage” (1 Corinthians 7:2). According to the Bible, sex is to be reserved for marriage (Hebrews 13:4). Period. So, yes, oral sex is a sin if done before or outside of marriage.

Is oral sex a sin if done within a marriage?
Many, perhaps most, Christian married couples have had this question. What makes it difficult is the fact that the Bible nowhere says what is allowed or disallowed sexually between a husband and wife, other than, of course, any sexual activity that involves another person (swapping, threesomes, etc.) or that involves lusting after another person (pornography). Outside of these two restrictions, the principle of “mutual consent” would seem to apply (1 Corinthians 7:5). While this text specifically deals with abstaining from sex/frequency of sex, “mutual consent” is a good concept to apply universally in regards to sex within marriage. Whatever is done, it should be fully agreed on between the husband and his wife. Neither spouse should be forced or coerced into doing something he/she is not completely comfortable with. If oral sex is done within the confines of marriage and in the spirit of mutual consent, there is not a biblical case for declaring it to be a sin.

In summary, oral sex before marriage is absolutely a sin. It is immoral. It is in no sense a biblically acceptable alternative to sexual intercourse for unmarried couples. Within the confines of marriage, oral sex is free from sin as long as there is mutual consent.

*While oral sex is safer than sexual intercourse in regards to sexually transmitted diseases, it is definitely not safe. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, HIV/AIDS, and other STDs can be transmitted through oral sex.

God's Grace

We have heard of the word Grace, but what is Grace and why do we need it.

You need it. You can’t live without it, but you can’t purchase it and you can’t earn it. It only ever comes by means of a gift, and when you receive it, you immediately realize how much you needed it all along, and you wonder how you could’ve lived so long without it.

In a fallen world, populated by selfish, lost, fearful, and rebellious people, it’s the one thing that everyone needs. And you can only give it to someone else when you have first been given it yourself, because you can't give away that which you don't have.

You see, God’s grace is the most powerful force in the universe, so I would have to argue that it's the most beautiful word in the universe. It reaches you where you are and takes you where God wants you to be. It has the power to do something that nothing else can do: transform you at the causal core of who you are as a human being - your heart.

Grace is a constant theme in the Bible, and it culminates in the New Testament with the coming of Jesus (John 1:17). The word translated "grace" in the New Testament comes from the Greek word charis, which means “favor, blessing, or kindness.” We can all extend grace to others; but when the word grace is used in connection with God, it takes on a more powerful meaning. Grace is God choosing to bless us rather than curse us as our sin deserves. It is His benevolence to the undeserving.

Ephesians 2:8 says, “For by grace are you saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves.” The only way any of us can enter into a relationship with God is because of His grace toward us. Grace began in the Garden of Eden when God killed an animal to cover the sin of Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:21). He could have killed the first humans right then for their disobedience. But rather than destroy them, He chose to make a way for them to be right with Him. That pattern of grace continued throughout the Old Testament when God instituted blood sacrifices as a means to atone for sinful men. It was not the physical blood of those sacrifices, per se, that cleansed sinners; it was the grace of God that forgave those who trusted in Him (Hebrews 10:4; Genesis 15:6). Sinful men showed their faith by offering the sacrifices that God required.

The apostle Paul began many of his letters with the phrase, "Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ" (Romans 1:7; Ephesians 1:1; 1 Corinthians 1:3). God is the instigator of grace, and it is from Him that all other grace flows.

God shows both mercy and grace, but they are not the same. Mercy withholds a punishment we deserve; grace gives a blessing we don’t deserve. In mercy, God chose to cancel our sin debt by sacrificing His perfect Son in our place (Titus 3:5; 2 Corinthians 5:21). But He goes even further than mercy and extends grace to His enemies (Romans 5:10). He offers us forgiveness (Hebrews 8:12; Ephesians 1:7), reconciliation (Colossians 1:19-20), abundant life (John 10:10), eternal treasure (Luke 12:33), His Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13), and a place in heaven with Him some day (John 3:16-18) when we accept His offer and place our faith in His sacrifice.

Grace is God giving the greatest treasure to the least deserving—which is every one of us.

FAITH

Good Morning all, Its being a while I posted anything here. Let me start by posting something that's affecting me personally.

Faith. What's Faith, The dictionary defines Faith as complete trust or confidence in someone or something.

What does the Bible teach us about having faith? Faith is defined as a complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Having faith in the love and sovereignty of God is arguably the most prevalent idea of the Bible. Scripture compels us to have faith in God and the commandments of his Word, following the teachings of the Old and New Testaments. In this collection of scripture passages, you will discover the most significant Bible verses about faith!

The storms that come can cause us to doubt God really loves us and knows best for us. It is in these difficult times that it's vital we recall God's promises from Scripture for those who believe.

Its not easy I know, you might be struggling, you might feel abandoned, you might even ask if God is really out there watching you suffer, watching you pass through so much pain. Am here to encourage you that the storm will soon pass, please don't loose hope, don't loose Faith, He is God over all things and all situations, have complete Faith in Him, in His time all things shall work together for your good.

CULTIVATING OUR OWN SPIRIT (the value of right meditation)

Image result for CULTIVATING OUR OWN SPIRIT
The most deeply spiritual men and women that I know are people who have given much time to meditation. You cannot develop spiritual wisdom without meditation. God told Joshua this fact at the very beginning of his ministry after the death of Moses.
